Refunds and Returns Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you require a refund or exchange, please return the item to us within 14 working days of receipt of goods. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. You will be refunded no later than 10 days from receipt of goods less our standard $100 administration post and packing deduction.

We recommend that you keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations on bespoke rugs.
